Who Are We?

Our story began in London in 2017, when Pippa was working in super prime property development and Benoit as a concierge to five-star hotels. Together, we set out to build a luxury property lettings and management business that could offer investors in Prime Central London something truly different.

Today, the immaculate properties we manage welcome people from all over the world — offering the comfort and privacy only a home from home can provide, but with the five-star service usually reserved for London’s finest hotels. Of course, none of this would be possible without the long-term partnerships held with their clients.

Pippa & Benoit make letting your property easy – minimising risks and headaches, while optimising rental yields and ensuring your asset is properly looked after.

Pippa Mitchell, Co-Founder

Pippa looks after our clients, drawing on her professional background in super prime property investment and development.

Pippa holds an MSc in Construction Project Management and her past projects and experience include personal investments with a £2m+ GDV to super prime developments such as The Shard, London Bridge and No.20 Grosvenor Square, Mayfair.

Matt Ossyra, Financial Controller

Matt has been with Pippa & Benoit since 2019. Matt’s expertise in building and scaling businesses has been invaluable to Pippa & Benoit, helping them to build a financially strong, stable, and resilient business.

Benoit Gallaga, Co-Founder

Benoit looks after property management and our guest & tenant experience.

Having worked in some of the world’s finest hotels and residences in Europe – including Les Barmes De l’Ours, South Place Hotel, and Harrods Estates – Benoit brings a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to effective management and customer service.
