Q2 Report 2023

In Q2 2023 we have focused on growth and re-opening our Mayfair short-let building

Three Exciting Steps Forward We Have Made

1) We are officially 7 years old!

We are extremely proud of this milestone because we have built our business, client base and team from scratch.

According to research, a key factor that determines business success or failure is having a clear vision. For us, that has been our constant.

We created Pippa & Benoit to modernise property lettings and management, minimising hassle and risk for investors while providing a five-star experience for tenants and guests.

2) We are marketing a stunning Belgravia mews house to rent

The home your quintessential London pied-a-terre. Situated on a quiet mews street in Belgravia, just minutes by taxi from the Ritz and all the pleasures of Mayfair. It has two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plenty of impressive entertaining spaces and a rooftop terrace.

Exquisitely decorated and comfortably furnished, it is available to rent immediately for either long or short-let, depending on the tenant’s requirements, with prices starting from £4,000 per week.

3) Summer 2023 we are set to achieve 85% short-let occupancy

With the London summer season in full swing, it is great to see London buzzing with life and returning to pre-Covid short-let occupancy levels in peak season.

We are achieving an average of 85% occupancy, with rates increased by 25% on pre-2020 rates due to high demand and low supply. We love being able to provide increased returns to our Landlord clients in a way that is hassle-free for them.

We do have some availability during August. So, if you plan to travel and stay in London, get in touch!

Sharing a recent article we have written for our Landlord clients…

As a prime central London-based Lettings and Property Management specialist, we are committed to keeping our clients updated on changes in UK legislation that may affect existing UK landlords and the UK property market our Clients invest in. With this in mind, we want to share three important topics related to landlord and tenant law that have recently been announced.

The UK Government proposed the Renters Reform Bill in May 2023, which plans to deliver "once-in-a-generation" reforms that aim to deliver "safer, fairer, and higher quality homes".

So what does this mean for Landlords? And what does this mean for tenants?

The UK government hopes that these changes will improve tenant-landlord relationships by creating a more equal footing for both parties, reducing the likelihood of disputes and disagreements.
